Only study guide you need.

This is the only book I used to study for the exam and passed. There is 3 practice test on the CD with very detailed rationales in the book for every answer. This book also contains suggestions for studing and a review of the material included on the test. The chapters are in outline format making it quick and easy to refresh your memory. This book also includes the new test format of clinical scenarios which are fairly similar to the actual exam. The cons of this book is that there is no index in the back of the book(or at least that I could find), which made it difficult sometimes to find information. The review is very basic, but it is adequate for the test.If you find you need more information you can just pull out some of your old textbooks.

Excellent Study Guide

This is a great study guide. I used this in conjunction with "Occupational Therapy Examination and Review Guide 3rd Ed", but this was my primary study guide. The review questions are hard and focus on slightly more in depth and focused topics than the actual exam, but it provides a great review of all materials with helpful practice exams. The practice exams are great for learning to pace yourself and get into "test-taking mode". Passed the 2010 exam on my first attempt. Highly recommend!

This was one of the first books I purchased to study for the NBCOT exam...though it is quite thorough, the questions on the CD are much more difficult than those on the actual exam!
